IMPERFECT II poet Michelle Schaub says she gets back to healthy thinking with a video meditation: 

When I’m feeling stressed or anxious, I do a specific mindfulness exercise called the Lake Meditation. There are many versions of this meditation available, but I like this 10 minute video with soothing images and guiding voice.  It really helps me feel calm and centered.


Michelle Schaub is an award-winning children’s author and teacher. She loves using poetry to inspire and empower kids.
